   The "Floor-mounted Molten Metal Delivery System" adopts a floor-mounted molten metal delivery device, marking a significant breakthrough in the molten metal delivery system for die-casting workshops. It fills the domestic gap in the die-casting industry by introducing floor-mounted conveyance for automatic molten metal feeding.

   With years of accumulated experience in the field of peripheral equipment for die-casting machines, our company has leveraged advanced computer-aided design (CAD) technology and precision machining equipment.    The floor-mounted molten metal delivery device is capable of meeting the automatic feeding requirements for different alloys such as zinc and aluminum. It features a stable, dual-track ground conveyance system, similar to a subway, ensuring smooth transportation of molten metal ladles. The device also includes precise positioning functions for ladle carts, servo-controlled acceleration and deceleration during movement, as well as functions for ladle lifting, lateral movement, and tilting.
