Functional Features：

    This series of products is suitable for die-casting equipment ranging from 400T to 4000T.

    The product features a one-arm part retrieval and one-arm spraying design, with alternating operations that do not interfere with each other, resulting in a more reasonable structure and higher mechanical efficiency.

    The machine is driven by imported servo motors, offering fast speeds and precise positioning. The standard robot's movement speed can reach up to 2.5m/s, significantly enhancing the machine's work efficiency. The machine is installed on the fixed platen of the die-casting machine, maximizing space savings and facilitating production site management.

    Equipped with a Chinese-version human-machine touch screen and a handheld controller, parameter setting for the machine is greatly facilitated. Real-time monitoring of the machine's status and a self-diagnostic fault display function make operation and maintenance extremely convenient.

    The self-developed part retrieval gripper can accommodate products of eight different sizes, offering greater versatility, reducing mold change time, and effectively improving overall equipment utilization efficiency.

    The self-developed anti-clogging spray nozzle not only optimizes the equipment's spraying effect, saves spraying raw materials, but also greatly enhances the machine's work efficiency.

    Specifically designed for the harsh environment of die-casting production, this machine boasts an IP65 protection rating (according to International Electrotechnical Commission standards), ensuring true waterproof, dustproof, high-temperature resistant, and corrosion-resistant capabilities, guaranteeing stable and continuous production.

    Compared to traditional part retrieval equipment, this machine adopts six-axis servo control, allowing the part retrieval position to move synchronously in six directions (up, down, left, right, forward, backward) according to product requirements, significantly reducing the difficulty of part retrieval.
