Functional Features:

    This machine adopts a self-developed beam-type structure, enabling a more rational operating trajectory, smoother ladling movements, and more precise positioning at high and low speeds, fully meeting the stringent requirements of die-casting ladling functions.

    Key components and electrical elements are all imported, offering fast response times, low failure rates, and characteristics of high efficiency, stability, and a longer service life.

    The machine is equipped with a Chinese microcontroller control system and a human-machine touch screen interface, simplifying parameter setting, enabling real-time monitoring of the machine's status, and featuring a built-in fault alarm display function, making operation and maintenance extremely simple.

    All transmission parts of the machine are equipped with imported bearings and high-temperature-resistant self-lubricating bearings, ensuring stable performance and a longer service life.

    Molten metal volume control can be adjusted at any time according to requirements in both manual and automatic states, with highly consistent and repeatable ladling metering, significantly improving product yield.

    The entire machine is wired with imported high-temperature-resistant cables, fully meeting the working conditions of the die-casting site.

    The front end of the arm is equipped with two molten metal level detection rods. The long detection rod has more than two signal lines. If one line breaks, an alarm will immediately indicate a fault when the detection rod comes into contact with the molten aluminum. If the short detection rod contacts the molten aluminum, the machine arm will automatically rise to the subsequent standby position, effectively protecting the arm's safety.

    It offers diversified production standby modes, allowing selection of manual, automatic, or fully automatic production modes based on the die-casting machine's production conditions, as well as front or rear standby modes during standby.
