·Key components and electrical elements are all imported, offering fast response times, low failure rates, and characteristics of high efficiency, stability, and longer service life. The Chinese-version PLC control system and human-machine touch screen interface simplify parameter setting, allow real-time monitoring of the machine's status, and feature built-in fault alarm display functions, making operation and maintenance extremely convenient.
· All transmission parts of the machine are equipped with imported bearings and high-temperature-resistant self-lubricating bearings, ensuring stable performance and a longer service life.
·Molten metal volume control can be adjusted at any time according to requirements in both manual and automatic states, with highly consistent and repeatable ladling metering, significantly improving product yield.
·The entire machine is wired with imported high-temperature-resistant cables, fully meeting the working conditions of the die-casting site.
·The front end of the arm is equipped with two molten metal level detection rods. The long detection rod has more than two signal lines. If one line breaks, an alarm will immediately indicate a fault when the detection rod comes into contact with the molten aluminum. If the short detection rod contacts the molten aluminum, the machine arm will automatically rise to the rear standby position, effectively protecting the arm's safety. It offers diversified production standby modes, allowing selection of manual, automatic, or fully automatic production modes based on the die-casting machine's production conditions, as well as front or rear standby modes during standby.
