    I. Independent Innovation, Breaking Traditions. Our linear robot has emerged as another viable option for die-casting part inlaying. Both traditional manual inlaying and six-axis robot inlaying have their own drawbacks in today's manufacturing landscape.

    1.Manual inlaying has several issues. Firstly, labor costs are escalating, the work is physically demanding, and the working conditions are harsh, making it difficult to find suitable workers. Secondly, product quality is difficult to control, and production efficiency is uncertain.

    2.Six-axis robot inlaying also presents two major challenges. Firstly, the procurement cost of six-axis robots is high, and the subsequent maintenance and operational costs are also substantial. Secondly, the programming of six-axis robots typically uses English or symbolic codes, which are difficult for ordinary workers to learn. Without a certain level of education and training, it is virtually impossible to operate them properly.

    II.

    1.Our linear robot makes full use of the factory space, achieving the requirements of part pickup, spraying, and inlay placement while occupying as little floor space as possible.

    2.The programming of our machine adopts fully Chinese language, which is simple and straightforward. It operates along a three-coordinate linear trajectory.

    3.The main components of our machine equipment are sourced from world-class brands. For example, the guide rails are from Rexroth in Germany, and the motors and drives are from Mitsubishi in Japan.

    4.Compared to traditional equipment for part pickup and inlay placement, our machine employs full servo control, enabling it to navigate around most inclined guide pins comprehensively and achieve part pickup and inlay placement. Moreover, our machine does not require the opening of front and rear safety doors, preventing material splatter during operation, thereby protecting the working environment and effectively safeguarding the personal safety of workers.
