This series of products is suitable for die-casting equipment with capacities ranging from 400T to 3000T.
The series features a structure with one arm for part pickup and the other for spraying. They operate alternately without interfering with each other, resulting in a more reasonable structure and higher mechanical efficiency.
The machine is driven by imported servo motors, offering high speed and precise positioning. The standard robot on the machine can achieve a movement speed of up to 2.5m/s, significantly enhancing the machine's work efficiency. It is installed on the fixed platen of the die-casting machine, maximizing space savings and facilitating production site management.
It is equipped with a Chinese-version human-machine touch screen and a handheld controller, greatly facilitating parameter setting for the machine, real-time monitoring of the machine's status, and self-diagnosis display of faults. This makes operation and maintenance extremely convenient.
The self-developed and designed pick-up gripper can accommodate the gripping of products in eight different sizes, offering greater versatility, saving mold change time, and effectively improving the machine's utilization efficiency.
The self-developed and designed anti-clogging spray nozzle not only optimizes the equipment's spraying effect and saves spraying materials but also greatly enhances the equipment's work efficiency.
Specifically designed for the harsh environment of die-casting production, this machine has a protection rating of IP65 (according to the International Electrotechnical Commission standards), truly achieving waterproof, dustproof, high-temperature-resistant, and corrosion-resistant properties to ensure stable and continuous production of the machine.
Compared to traditional pick-up equipment, due to the adoption of six-axis servo control, the pick-up position of this machine can move synchronously in six directions (up, down, left, right, forward, and backward) according to product requirements, greatly reducing the difficulty of pick-up. In contrast to side-picking robots, this machine does not require opening the safety door, avoiding environmental pollution from mold release agents and metal debris splashing or safety accidents, thus greatly improving production safety and being more environmentally friendly and secure.
