Detailed introduction

Features of mosaic machine

one:

Independent innovation, break the tradition. This linear robot has become another choice for die-casting inlays. Traditional manual inlays and six-axis robot inlays have their own defects today.

1. Manual inlay, firstly, the cost of labor will increase, the labor intensity will be heavy, and the working conditions will be harsh, making it difficult to find suitable workers. Second, product quality cannot be controlled, and production efficiency is also uncertain.

2. Six-axis robot mosaic faces two difficulties. First, the purchase cost of six-axis robots is high, and the subsequent maintenance and operation costs are also a lot of money. Second, six-axis robot programming basically uses English or symbolic codes, which is difficult for ordinary workers to learn. Therefore, without a certain degree of education and training, it cannot be used normally at all.

two:

1. This linear robot makes full use of the workshop space and realizes the work requirements of picking, spraying, and placing inserts while occupying as little ground space as possible.

2. The programming of this machine adopts all Chinese programming. Simple and clear, the running track is in the form of a three-coordinate straight line.

3. The main components of this machine are all world-class brands, for example, the guide rails are made of German Rexroth. The motor and drive are from Mitsubishi.

4. Compared with the traditional pick-up and insert equipment. This machine adopts all-round control, which can avoid most of the inclined guide pillars in all directions, and realize the work of picking up parts and placing inlays. Secondly, this machine does not need to open the front and rear safety doors, which avoids the damage to the working environment when the front and rear flying materials occur during work, and effectively protects the personal safety of workers.
