Real-time monitoring of status and built-in fault alarm display function, making operation and maintenance very simple;

The transmission parts of the machine adopt imported bearings and high temperature resistant self-lubricating bearings to ensure stable performance and longer service life;

The amount of soup can be adjusted at any time according to the requirements in the manual/automatic state, and the repeated measurement of the soup is very consistent, which greatly improves the product production rate;

The wiring of the whole machine adopts imported high-temperature-resistant wire rods, which fully meet the working conditions of the die-casting site;

·The front end of the arm is equipped with two noodle soup detection rods, and there are more than two signal lines on the long detection rod. If one wire breaks, when the detection rod touches the aluminum soup, it will immediately alarm and display a fault. If a short detection rod touches the aluminum soup, the arm of the machine will automatically rise to the rear standby position, which effectively protects the safety of the arm. Diversified production standby mode, you can choose manual/automatic/automatic mode production according to the production conditions of the die-casting machine, and select the front standby or rear standby mode in the standby mode.
